Privacy policy
How Vuzel Studio handles data used by Vuzel CRM and its internal Google integrations.
Who operates the application
Vuzel CRM is operated by Vuzel Studio for internal client and project work. Contact the application operator at dimitry@vuzel.dev with questions, access revocation or deletion requests.
Data we access
Depending on the integration enabled and permissions granted, the application accesses:
- Google account identifiers and email address.
- Google Ads account and campaign information, advertising settings, keywords, available search terms, expenditure, impressions, clicks and conversion metrics. Keyword ideas and historical planning metrics may be accessed when supported by the account and API access level.
- Gmail message content and metadata, including senders, recipients, subjects, dates, labels and attachments, for authorized business correspondence.
- OAuth authorization credentials required to maintain the user's approved API connection.
- Project briefs, client contact details and reports entered or generated in the course of client work.
Google account passwords are not requested or stored by the application. The Google consent screen displays the permissions requested by the relevant integration.
How we use the data
We use connected-account data to manage client correspondence, associate communications with projects, prepare advertising reports, evaluate campaign performance and plan advertising and SEO work. Authorized campaign and mail operations are performed for these business purposes. Access to a connected account does not itself authorize unrelated actions.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage, access and sharing
Credentials and working data are held in the team's operational environment and project storage. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers needed to operate the tool. Reports may be shared with the client whose account or project they concern. Data is not published on this website.
Service providers may process data only as needed to provide infrastructure or approved application functionality. Data may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or with the account holder's permission.
We protect API traffic using encrypted HTTPS connections and restrict access to credentials and client records. Human access to Google user data is limited to permitted purposes under Google's policies, such as an authorized user-facing task, consented support, security investigation or legal compliance.
Retention and deletion
Credentials are retained while a connection is needed and authorized. Working reports and correspondence records are retained while needed for the relevant project and applicable business or legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every record.
To request deletion of stored Google data or connection credentials, email dimitry@vuzel.dev, identifying the connected account and the data concerned. We will confirm the requester's authority and remove data that is no longer required, explaining any applicable legal retention obligation.
Revoke your Google connection
You can revoke the application's access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future API access through that authorization; it does not automatically erase previously stored reports or records. Contact us separately to request their deletion.
Google API Limited Use
Vuzel CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
